Sally McKenna

Sally McKenna is a publisher, photographer, cookery editor, and the author of Extreme Greens, described by BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme as “a new bible for seaweed cookery.” From her office in West Cork Sally edits and photographs the The Irish Stew, a weekly cultural report on Ireland’s food culture which is published on Substack, and the annual The 100 Best Restaurants in Ireland. The Irish Stew is a Substack Bestseller, and was singled out as #1 in Global Travel by Substack in December 2023.
