Jane Gleeson is an Irish writer, editor, and communications consultant based in East London. While restaurants were shuttered during the pandemic, she dreamed up Guzzle as a way of connecting people through food. Since then, it’s come to life with an immersive fine dining experience in a field, two print publications distributed across 18 cities in 11 countries, and consulting work that helps chefs and restaurateurs stand out in a crowded market. Jane is a member of the UK Guild of Food Writers and serves as a judge for the Great Taste Awards.
