Pascal Rossignol

Born in Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy, Pascal has worked for three years with late Burgundy wine producer Joseph Roty (1985-1987) before embarking on a career in the Restaurant and Hotel industry (1988 – 1999). Pascal founded Le Caveau with Geraldine in 1999, a wine shop and import, championing small-scale artisan wine producers.

In 2008 Le Caveau turned its focus towards wines grown and made naturally, working with over 100 low intervention winegrowers.
