Ivan Whelan, grandson of Myrtle and Ivan Allen, has worked in many kitchens including the Grapefruit Moon in Ballycotton and Cully & Sully's kitchen helping to perfect the soup recipes we all know and love. We are delighted to have him at this years Ballymaloe Festival of Food to share his expertise.
