BKultured Water Kefir was first made by Niamh in 2019. She began making the water kefir for herself and family, experimenting with flavours throughout the seasons. Niamh first began selling it through her food trailer; Niamh’s Larder and had customers returning week after week. As the production grew so did the business, and BKultured is now available for purchase all across the Republic of Ireland.
