Graham Herterich, affectionately known as The Cupcake Bloke, is a renowned Irish baker, cookbook author, and entrepreneur based in Dublin. Herterich has authored two cookbooks, with his latest titled Cook: Traditional Irish Cooking with Modern Twists. This book reimagines beloved Irish classics, such as the 'mammy salad' and the chicken fillet roll, by incorporating modern ingredients and techniques.
