Christopher Braganza, the genius behind Spice Genie, was the popular winner of RTÉ's Battle of the Food Trucks TV series in 2022. Inspired by the food of his birthplace of Goa in North India, Christopher sources his meat locally and cooks it fresh each day. His vegetable samosa, masala dosa, lentils and potato, and beef masala are in a league of their own.
