Roaring Water Sea Vegetable Co-Op produce delicious, natural, and healthy sea vegetables from the pristine waters of West Cork. Paul Cobb and his daughter are pioneers in the field of seaweed farming, having come to live on the shores of Roaring Water Bay in 2002. The techniques of sea vegetable propagation have evolved over the last 15 years under the auspices of Bord Iascaigh Mhara. From sea moss syrup and vegan sausage burgers to pudding made from homegrown wakame to Nori tapenade and Japanese miso, they are continually developing new products. Be sure to sample some at the Ballymaloe Festival of Food.
