Brian and Marie are West of Dingle Sea Salt - yep, just the two of them. Based in Ireland's most westerly peninsula in Dingle, they came up with the mad notion of harvesting sea salt, an idea that was 25 years in the making. Brian is a chef with an impressive international culinary career and Marie is a potter, so they merged their passions into one product that made sense to them: Hand-harvested, hand-crafted, contemporary, unique blends of sea salt from the Dingle Peninsula. They also make their own hand-thrown terracotta sea salt boxes. Each one comes with a complimentary mussel shell spoon. How’s that for the ultimate Irish gift?
