Valentia Island Vermouth is an artisan Vermouth maker. They will be selling their Vermouth made with locally foraged plants and herbs found along the Wild Atlantic Way. They will also be popping up in our drinks theatre over the course of the weekend so keep your eyes peeled! We love having these wonderful ladies at Ballymaloe!
