Matthew Brownie, originally from New Zealand is the proud owner of ‘The Skibbereen Food Company’. A snack company that he has been running for over 10 years that originally came from CIT in conjunction with his Culinary Arts Degree.Matthew has been a professional chef for over 30 years, and lives in Skibbereen west Cork. Matthew has started his own cooking classes, writes for The Irish Foodie Magazine in West Cork and has made appearances on Irish Television.Matthew also won The Small Business Award in West cork for 2024.
