The Mince Pie Project was started in 2023 by pastry chef Hilary Quinn. Handmade in East Cork, these mince pies are packed with dried vine fruits soaked in Barry's tea, beef suet from Frank Murphy and Green Saffron spices, all wrapped up in a signature flaky pie crust. This year, The Mince Pie Project will be making a donation from each mince pie sold to Marymount Hospice in Cork
