Kombucha Na Dálaigh, founded by Marianne O’Donnell four years ago, is a small batch kombucha brewery in the Gortahork Gaeltacht.  As a certified Nutrition Coach and food and nutrition educator for more than 20 years, Marianne uses only natural ingredients and processes to create flavourful, probiotic-rich kombucha. Each bottle is handcrafted with passion, love, care, and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality. The six flavours, brewed with organic Sencha Green Tea and organic Assam Black Tea and paired with fresh natural ingredients, offer a delicious effervescent drink that's great for gut health. Kombucha provides a nutritional power kick that improves digestion and boosts immunity. It is Marianne's first time joining us at Ballymaloe and we are delighted to have her with us.
