Originally from Brazil, Shama is the founder of Heart Space Yoga & Therapies in East Cork.  Passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for healing and transformation, Shama brings a unique approach to wellbeing.  While her expertise lies in Kundalini Yoga, Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, and Shamanic Practices, for Dogs Day Out, Shama will be offering a gentle sound bath experience designed to promote relaxation and tranquility for our canine companions.  She believes in the power of sound to soothe and harmonize, and is excited to share this with the dogs of East Cork.
