We are delighted to welcome Clodagh back to Ballymaloe to host a cooking demonstration on our Grainstore Stage. Clodagh, not too many years ago, did the Ballymaloe Cookery Course, worked with Rory O'Connell and Mrs. Allen in the Ballymaloe House Kitchens and helped set up Slow Food in Ireland.
