Brand New Show, “Magic Days”
There's something for every taste in the great Jack L’s music.
His latest album of original material, “Magic Days,” has been deemed his “best work ever” by Hot Press and Irish Times amongst others. His concert promises to a magic night for all Jack L fans!
Jack is on a high at the moment. In July of this year he performed his heavenly track “The Sunset is Blue on Mars” for 320 space experts from 26 countries who attended the 30th International Space University’s Space Studies Program (SSP17) in Cork City.
The invitation-only event saw Jack treat members of the NASA alumni to an ‘out of this world’ performance and showcase his powerhouse vocal.
He recently finished a month-long tour with Imelda May and her band. He shared the stage in London at The Royal Albert Hall in November last, when he was Very Special Guest on the Jools Holland Show, and received a prolonged standing ovation from an enraptured crowd.
2016 saw him perform with Neil Sedaka and at the Firenze Festival in Florence alongside Eddie Vedder and Aerosmith. It also saw him score fantastic success on his USA tour. At the Hollywood Fringe Festival in California, he picked up the two top awards for “The Judges Pick Best Act” and the Press Award for “Best Performance of the Festival.” Quite a feat for the Kildare man!
Jack will deliver a spectacular event in the Grainstore, introducing you to some of the many intriguing creations from his vivid imagination. And none is more vivid then the man himself!
